Could I second the really simple change in the Replace dialog box, making the 'Find Next' button activated by pressing something (e.g. Alt-F), as this allows you to selectively skip through a long Find-Replace run by holding Alt down and hitting F's and R's accordingly.

You can use the TAB key and SHIFT+TAB combination to alternate between the Find (Next) and Replace button. Press the SPACE bar to perform the action of your choice.

Notepad++ is really fine tool, and more and more people around me begin using it daily.
One suggestion: enhance keyboard shortcut for buttons on sub dialogs such as FIND.
