functions are not listed in "function list"

Hi!
I used to have all the functions listed on the right hand side.
No all I get when I have the function list: no functions.
Where can I switch on this feature or what could be the problem?

  The function list is case sensitive try doing a search and replace for Function with function in your file. Now they should be listed
