Just downloaded the latest version 4.6 hoping that an extended manifest would make it more Vista compatible, but no way. So in order to edit files residing in protected folders I need to right click Run as Administrator to not store the files in the VirtualStore nirvana. With an AsInvoker manifest entry, one would simply get the usual "cannot overwrite" message.
Are there any reasons for not extending the manifest? I'll do it myself here with RessourceTuner if there aren't any objections.
