Am trying out to change the global font in the Styler Configurator to get a better feel of what i'm writing codes to. But i've noticed that NP++ only lists "DejaVu Sans Mono Bold" instead of listing "Deja Vu Sans Mono" which what i wanted to use.
I've also noticed that it also lists "Bitstream Vera Sans Mono Bold" in the list instead of the regular monospace font of both families.
Is this a bug and/or is there a workaround?

This was a bug a while ago, but it was fixed. Try using the latest version of the DejaVu font (v2.21) and the latest version of notepad++ (v4.5). Remove old versions of the font before installing the new one (manually delete them). This includes the Bitstream Vera Sans font.

At least it is something reported before.
