    How can I define a keyboard shortcut for toggling word wrap? Should be simple, but I can't seem to do it.

    Thanks.

      Do you mean setting up a keyboard shortcut for the View -> Wrap menu item?  If so, you can use a macro to do it.

      Perform the following steps:

      Macro -> Start Recording
      View -> Wrap
      Macro -> Stop Recording
      Macro -> Save current recorded macro

      Give it a name and shortcut, and hit OK.  I use CTRL-W, but that was already defined in the shortcut mapper by default, so I had to redefine it first.

      Toggling word wrap would be a very handy feature - but I'm guessing, given the limited functionality of macros, that it isn't something you will be able to define for yourself in the near future.  In the meantime, two shortcut defs/macros may have to work.

      I recently discovered Notepad++ and I like it tons.  I'm glad to see it is getting plenty of attention: programming attention and user interest.  Developing a macro editor could be an immense project and I'm not feeling greedy given the most excellent path this editor is on.

        I have mentioned this matter a couple of times before. Could the TextFX developer at least add shortcuts for

        Unwrap Text

        and

        Rewrap Text to width

        One bug: Rewrap Text adds one vertical blank space too many after rewrap.

        PS Split Lines cannot replace Rewrap because the former breaks
        non-alphabetic character strings.
