Bug: Multiple accelerator bind to File/O

Hey all,
The O accelerator key is bound under the File menu to both _Open and to Cl_ose all. Because of this, the normal Alt-F/O combination to open a file doesn't work. (It only selects Open, not actually executes Open.)
Well, it does in a way _accelerate_ your action, doesn't it? It's not an executer key.
