Today I was trying to personalzie my N++ IDE and while moving the panels I lost them when hovering the bottom of n++. I tried a few things but I'm not able to "reset" the position of the panels to default.
Any help would be appreciated ;-)
Thanks a lot
ps: sorry for my bad English.

Hi,
As a last resort, close NPP, then go to
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Notepad++
and rename config.xml to, eg, config.xml~
Then reopen npp; it will open in default positions. If you've lost something important then study your renamed config.xml.
This happened to me once before and I think there's a less drastic way to do this... Also try playing with
right-click
Move
use mouse or arrow keys
Best wishes
Idris
Thanx a lot Idris, I followed your trick and it works just fine. I only had to make little changes in order to get MY notepadd++ back :)
Regards !
