v4.4 "Clone to another view'" Bug

    'view - clone to another view' is useful menu.

    But there is a critical bug on version 4.4.

    If you spit window with the menu and close notepad++,

    you can't run notepad again.

    The process notepad.exe is executed, but the program doesn't appear and  CPU utilization becomes 100%.

      i can fully agree.
      taskman says:

        wowexec.exe (good old 16 bit :-)

      after deleting the session entry (in %appdata%\Notepad++\session.xml) for the cloned window you can restart npp again.

      Yes, that's true. This bug was already known and reported, even on this very same forum. How about "forum utilization"? I think it is also higher than it could be, if bugs were only reported once, or at least in the same thread.
