I like Notepad++ but it lacks one important feature:

column mode operations

Some other editors have this. The user switches to column mode
and can mark e.g. column 7....23 and the copy, paste, delete, insert something in place.

That is a feature I don't want to miss any more.

When will Notepad++ have this feature ?
