What happened to ALT+UpArrow searching?

I recently upgraded to Notepad++ v.4.1.2 and noticed that one of my favorite shortcuts, the ALT+Arrow searching is gone! Why was it removed and how can I get it back?
You didn't say what version you upgraded from, but the Alt-arrow searching is still there in 4.1.2, just on the left and right arrows instead of the up and down. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it is an appropriate change.
I thought before it was Ctrl+Alt+Arrow and not just Alt+Arrow. I missed the feature when I upgraded to that version as well, but eventually did find that it changed from up/down to left/right.
However, I just upgraded to 4.8.5 and the functionality is missing again! Neither Ctrl+Alt+Arrow nor Alt+Arrow with either up/down or left/right work any longer. How can I get it back?
Where does this functionality come from - Notepad++ core, TextFX, etc?
Another post about the same problem - what can I do to fix it? In my Shortcut Mapper under Plugin Commands it does have Q:Mark Word or Find Reverse mapped to Ctrl+Alt+Left and Q:Mark Word or Find Forward mapped to Ctrl+Alt+Right, but it doesn't do anything. There is also Q:+Mark Word or Find Case Sensitive and Q:+Mark Word or Find Case Sensitive and Q:+Mark Word or Find Whole Words, but neither are mapped to any keys.
