There is not this function, but plugin exist which allow you to export your text with the syntax highlighting which should be avilable at http://www.andre-simon.de/ even if at time where I am writing it seems to be down.
Name of plugin is highlight file.

Guys, you are striking me. Such plugin is _officially_ included in Notepad++ package, and it's name is NppExport.
It can be found - guess where??? - right, under the menu Plugins -> NppExport.
Sorry, I can't understand why is it so hard just to look through the program's menu to find the thing you need...
