Notepad++ doesn't change the modification date of a file, only the date of accession. This creates some problems when I want to use it with TortoiseSVN.

Yes, I'm pretty sure. Notepad++ does not, notepad does, delphi does change the date. I use Notepad++ 4.1.2, but neither version of np++ touched the modification date.

Okay, I discovered what's causing the bug.
It isn't Notepad++. It was ZoneAlarm.
Anyone who experiences the same problem should upgrade to a newer version.
Are you sure? Mine changes the modification date (I'm using v3.9) when I save. Are you sure you actually made a change?
