View mutliple languages under english windows

Hi,
I was hoping if you can provide a feature that allows viewing files under various encodings.
the idea is like the encoding feature under view menu in ie7.
because i m using english windows and i would like to open some files encoded in simplified chinese or tranditional chinese characters.
It will help alot by providing such feature because for now I have to open those text files in ie7 to display its correct encoding or to change windows setting which requires a reboot. it is annoying.
I hope you can provide the feature in the future release. It will make notepad++ much more attractive than any other text editor.

The plugin "Convert" can convert encoding of text from English to Russian, Latin and some other Language.But Language of Asian is not supported.
In china, there are three popular encodings:GB2312, GBK, BIG5.And also three in Japan:Shift JIS,EUC-JP and ISO-2022-JP.And some others in Korea.But I can only edit/view text in one encoding.Or I will change the settings of my computer.
So "encoding" is very useful feature to us Asian users.
