I would like Notepad++ to open all the files as UTF8 encoded but I don't know how to do that. I tried editing the config.xml file and put under formatting 4 (UTF8) but still all files are opened or created as ANSI. I am sure I am overlooking something, but can't find it! Any help would be appreciated!
