For the console (or even for the Run menu) it would be nice to have a command that automatically saves the file before running the command. So I could configure my commands to automatically save the file before running the command on it.
(Actually WinEDT has this feature, and it is one of the things I sorely miss, along with setting the main file, see
this implementation is already prepared for the next version of NppExec.
(I don't know when it will be released, but the code has been proposed by Geert vancompernolle
to vitalyi, some rework are still ongoing)
