Go to another view why just horizontal? Sometimes I want the views are top and bottom! Just like the Eclipse!

  It's explained at http://notepad-plus.wiki.sourceforge.net/Multi-ViewHowTo :
  
  "You can arrange them side by side by right-clicking on the separator bar and selecting one of the rotate options".
  
  The same applies for changing to top and bottom views.
