I'd like to change middle column, so I try to mark it with:
Alt-Shift-Arrow keys
or
Alt + Left mouse click
combination. But it works very slowly with such many amount of rows.
I've tried Alt-Shift-Ctrl-End, but this combination doesn't work.
Has anybody another idea?

You can start the column selection, scroll to the bottom using the scroll bar, then press Alt while you select the end of the block. I can't find any faster way to get to the end, sorry.

You might also want to consider using a find/replace method, if that's suitable for what you want, as discussed here:
