Some examples of editors that go beyond 1GB: THE(The Hessling Editor, hessling-editor.sourceforge.net), Kedit 32 from Mainsfield(www.kedit.com), Ultraedit 32 from IDM COmputer Solutions(www.ultraedit.com).

I would like that some people confirm this suspicion. I try to open a file with 1,56 GB and receive a windows error. Is this because the file greater than 1 GB?

An Error message appears that it isn't possible.
My problem is that I have to check realy great log files.

Notepad++ is a source file editor, and it is not good for large files.
