There is a bug at least since V4.0, so it's time to report it ;-)
If you move a line with some text using Ctrl-Shift-CursorDown it gets stuck on empty lines, i.e. you cannot move across them. Tried in win/unix/mac-mode, no difference.
With Ctrl-Shift-CursorUp on the other hand it works, you can just walk from bottom to top with the line choosen.

Well, since the bug is there, it has also been reported. So you're not really telling anything new. Is it a bug in forum users that they don't look first if an error has been reported before?
