Nobody/Anonymous - 2007-08-14

Using CTRL-U or CTRL-shift-U on a columnar block is still, as of 4.2.1, not working.
The behaviour changed from previous version: before, it was not doing what is supposed to be, and was adding some newlines inside the block.
Now, it works sometimes, while other times it does absolutely nothing. I really could not find a pattern, but it definitely needs an extra fix.
