hello,

i use this NP++ everyday. very nice editor!

now 4.2 come out.

i plan to update old version. but there are many special configurations.
anybody know how to update old version but still have old configuration?

  I wouldn't know how to do this without using the installer.
  
  You could try to copy your configuration files elsewhere, overwrite the installation, then compare the configuration files to see what's different. If the only thing that is different is your custom stuff, then you could try copying your configuration files back... --Joel
