    Version 4.1.1, Chinese (Traditional chars).

    TextFX -> TextFX Edit -> leading space to tabs or tabs to spaces

    This cannot convert leading spaces to tabs or the other
    way around. This seems to do nothing.

      It seems to convert to whatever setting you have put in "Preferences - MISC - Replace by space"
