When my laptop is home on the docking station, I usually put Notepad++ on my secondary monitor. It works fine there.
However, when I leave the office, I can no longer get Notepad++ to launch. In order to get it to work, I have to remember to launch it before I leave and move it to my main monitor.
Is this a known problem? Can anyone else reproduce it?
Thanks.

Not exactly. It wouldn't even load today with just one monitor. Meaning that it wouldnt even show up in the taskbar to move. As soon as I got home, and hooked up my second monitor, it worked fine. In the past, I have had it show up in the taskbar, but was unable to right click and move it to the visible area, as I couldn't select the notepad++ window.

You don't select the notepad++ window and right-click to move it back into view on your single monitor. You right-click on the taskbar button and select "Move", then use the arrow keys.
If the taskbar button is not there, either Notepad++ is not running, or it is minimized to the Systray. In the latter case you'll have to click on the Systray icon to get the button to appear in the taskbar. --Joel

If NP++ is running in max window this doesn't work. Only if running in an moveable window

Okay, I don't understand this. If Notepad++ is maximized off screen, there is still a Notepad++ taskbar button onscreen. You can right-click on it and select "Restore". Then you can move it using the Move menuitem on the same popup menu.
If you don't see this, maybe there is a messed-up config.xml file in your %APPDATA%\Notepad++ directory or your Notepad++ installation directory. --Joel
