First of all I am new to notepad++ and have started using it for my php programming and it is great. I have used straight notepad for a while for its simplicity. Notepad++ is still simple but has alot of great features to help with the coding proccess. Thanks to everyone that spends their time working on this project.
I am working with a windows xp pro computer where the my documents is a network folder that allows offline files. I believe this is causing problems with notepadd++. Notepadd++, after changing a file in notepadd++ only, reports that the file I am working with has changed and asks if I would like to reload. This is quite annoying and happens every time I change a file when I am offline from the network. Is this a problem with notepad++ or some network settings. This isn't the only program that XP's offline files messes up as my dreamweaver will not even save a file when working offfline.

in settings options you can tell it to update changed pages silently
