I had N++ version 4.0.2 and now the 4.1.2 and I have still the same problem.
N++ crashes when I open a 4,9Go file.
The file is supposed to have text content only.
After the crash, I have the Windows green message box asking to send an error report to MS.
I have Windows XP SP2.
Do you think this bug can be fixed in a further version ?

The Notepad++ version is 4.1.2
It crashes with files of size of 300 MB.
First it takes up around 800 MB of RAM and then silently disappears.
Otherwise I love the editor, it would be great if it would work with large files also.
