1.open a file from file->open menu ,or open button on toolbar,find a file in c:\ and open it
2.try to open another file from open menu,the open dialog will remember to c:\

this is good.

but if:
1.open a file c:\text.txt from windows explorer context menu
2.try to open another file from open menu
this time,the open dialog will NOT remember c:\ as the last position.otherwise ,it remember the file the open dialog open last time ,or NPP_DIRECTORY.
