I too am having problem with Ctrl-z.... It used to work just fine in version 3. In version 4.1.2, it sometimes does the job, but most of the time it goes back nowhere. Actually I have not been able to figure out its real behavior.

I am having a problem with Ctrl-Z with Notepad++.
It works once then never works again. I can get it to work if I remap it, but then it quits again and I have to remap it.
Is there anything that anyone can think of as to why this is happening? I need my shortcuts and the Ctrl-Z not working is starting to get frustrating.
