I couldn't find one exactly, but you can bind a shortcut to bringing up the NppExec box (F6 is the default). Since it remembers your last choice in the dropdown menu, you can just hit F6, then Enter and it will run the last one you chose.
I remapped it to F1 so it was easier to hit.

Yeah that would be great If I only had 1 NPP_Exec command I needed!
Use NppExec plugin which comes with v4.1.2.
