Feature request: Add a mark for modified file

Hi,
An ergonomic feature I'd like to see, is a mark added near the file in the tab (or in the title bar of Notepad++, or wherever) that indicates that the file has been modified (and not saved yet).
Thus you can see at a glance that your latest modif is not working, just because you didn't save your file. UE does it very well, even removing the mark if you cancel all the modifications.

Hmm... Having a whatever-sign for each file would allow to see at a glance, which of the dozens files have been modified. I mean, without the need to jump to each one to check the floppy image.

is there anyway to clear or reset this flag, so that it looks as if the file was saved and no changes were made? dont really care if the undo buffer gets erased (it would be cool to retain it though)
