When the current view is cloned, the intermediate separation can be moved to resize the display. The cursor hsa a display problem when it comes over the draggable zone (the 2 dotted lines).
Indeed the cursor is handled correctly when over the tabs of the bottom view, but as soon as it goes over the draggable zone it is changed to the vertical double arrow cursor, even when it goes away of the draggable zone (like around the tabs).
This zone around the tabs does not allow to move the views separation, so the cursor should go back to normal pointer.
