Like several users, I used a lot UE and I miss with Notepad a little interesting function (I'm really lazy :) ).
Indeed using the quick search feature (shortcuted to F3 in my environment), the string searched isn't kept in memory when the focus is changed.
It would be great to "save" the string for any new F3 key hit, without having to selecting the string again (which is not always possible, because of modification of the searched string).
Besides, this "save" should be available for all the files. This way, you select your string in a file, hit F3 then CTRL-TAB to swap to the other file(s) and continue searching for any occurence with F3 again. Quick, simple, lazy :)
