Go to Settings>Preferences>MISC and there is 'Clickable link setting' section.
If you check the 'Don't draw underline' option than links are underlined (and highlighted) only when pointed with the mouse.

I was trying to turn them off.
In version 4.1.2, I've noticed that if I uncheck the "Don't underline" checkbox, each time I start Notepad++ it is checked off. Is this a new bug?
