NotePad ++ tries to open file, which is locke

I made some files in our linux-based servers completely undreadable (chmod 000).
When i tried to open them with notepad++ it crashed (before that it said i cant read that file).
That's not a problem. :)
A problem is that now it every time tries to open those unreadable files and crashes :)
After reinstalling (4.02 version) the problem was not fixed.
I can't find where does notepad saves last opened files, so i could delete it.
After installing 4.1.1 it works ok.
I told that the file can not be read, but did not crash
