Noticed that HexEditor plugin has been removed with the recent 4.1.1 release of NotePad++ release.

This change isn't shown is the changelog.

Was this behaviour intentional? Or is it simply an omission? In any case, please, get HexEditor plugin back, please! I think this one is useful!
