A lot of termimal emulation programs I use have this feature (i.e. putty, attachmate reflection, etc.) This would be a great option for a text editor to be able to turn on or off based on user preferece. The basic idea is that when you select text it is automatically copied to the clipboard and when you right click it is automatically pasted. This is much more intuitive and productive if you do a lot of copying and pasting.
