new features are strange, url's get in the way for me (php'ing with alot of html links, and a sensitive mouse along with no way to turn off the url underlining), and the new find function is crashing.
i absolutely love npp, but i think i'll stick with 4.0.2 for now.
one thing that would be nice to see in later versions would be a firefox-style ctrl-f, something less in the way.

personally i think, that the problem with the url-highlight feature can be easily resolved, by changeing the behaviour, to turn this feature only when eg. crtl i being held in other words:
hold ctrl - links highlighted
else - nothing is highlighted
and this way, the should be only one mouse click to open link

I already exist with ctrl+alt+I
> hold ctrl - links highlighted else - nothing is highlighted
I think it is a verry good idea
Moreover it could be good to do a similar thing for file path
For example when you have ....\myfile.vhd or C:\pathth\fte.ext it build a link to open file in npp And the same thing if / are used insted of \.
and why not be able to detect myfile.ext when ext is a known file extension, so when some include are used by a simple click you opened the file, whithout any selection
