After installing the 4.1 release candidate, .txt files can't be opened by double clicking. The error message is "Access to the specified device, path or file is denied." The message occurs whether logged on as an Administrator or a Power User. Additionally, Notepad++ doesn't appear as a registered "Open With" application.
