You might be able to edit the stylers.xml file outside of Notepad++ if you want to change hex codes.
The function plugin shows functions for code in supported languages, like C or C++ for example. If you have some C source code in the editor, the function list should show existing functions if the language menu shows that C is checked. --Joel
