Bug/CR: Selecting and scrolling in Hex Editor

When making a selection in Hex Editor mode by holding down the SHIFT button and scrolling up/down using the cursor keys, the window won't scroll along.
When selecting by dragging the mouse it is not possible to scroll below/above the current window, it won't scroll along.
Selecting by holding down the SHIFT button with PageUp/PageDown keys does in fact result in scrolling, but using these keys by themself does not always result in the expected behaviour.
I try to fix it with version 0.9. v0.8 is still finished and comes with official release of Notepad++ v4.1.
