Is there a way to specify the starting window location and size when fired off from the command line ?

  and what about to be able to open a document in command line with a possibility to add a command to directly fin a text string at document opening??? It could be helpfull for my specific needs

  To start minimised I use Trayconizer:
  
  Trayconizer.exe -minimize "C:\Program Files\Notepad++\notepad++.exe"
