Just set the "Max number history file" to zero. It's in the History File Setting section of the MISC tab on the Preferences dialog. Click on the number, change it in the mini-dialog's field to 0, and press Enter. --Joel

I think Notepad++ should have an option to disable logging of recently opened documents. I hate my screen to be cluttered, as I never use it.
