how to get abbot into my target platform

Hello Experts,

How can get abbot & abbot.swt into my target platform?

I am using a Rational tool which is based on Eclipse, called RAD (latest version of WSAD)
here I am able to see the 'Target Platfrom' (same as in Eclipse)by opening

'windows'>preferences>plugindevelopement>targetPlatform.

How can I get abbot & abbot.swt into my target platform?
Please explain with clear steps.
