I would like to know if there is a way to have tabs on serveral line and not only one because I work with many files open and it's anoying to search for the good file everytime.

One Tab for one open file. When working with many files - too many tabs are too small to read the Tab-Title. Serveral lines for Tabs of opened files would be better.

You could try opening a second instance of the program for some of the files. See http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/uk/cmdLine-HOWTO.php for the command line option to do this.
