i use traditional chinese windows. and i have some text documents which are written by dos editor(most of them are). the problem is that some odd-looking symbols will be translate into chinese charters(i guess that's extended ASCII)when i use the windows editor. this force me to use dos editor to read them. so i wonder if i can use this stuff to read them?
