I would like a feature to pick template of C, PHP, HTML, ASP, CSS, etc from the menu bar. Not snippets per say.
Say I open a HTML file. It opens an there is code for comments and a basic HTML, head, title, body tage with closing brackets too.

You can do this with Windows Explorer, by adding a file to the "new" menu which appears anytime you right click the desktop.

Please, don't try to choke NP++ with unneccasery features which are better implemented elsewhere.
