was using 3.9 for the longest time, just saw there was a 4.x update.
backed up my old folder, wiped it, and used the installer to install 4.0.2
now i'm missing a bunch of things from the run menu that i got very used to having
namly "get php help" which would open to the php function i have hilighted
i dont remember if they where from a plugin, or something else but i dont remember.
any insight?

nevermind, didnt realize the file was also stored in the APPDATA folder, got it working.
this can be closed/locked/deleted.
