chinese is not correct in exporting

Hi, We use displaytag 1.1 in jsp with JSTL and JSF.
and when we export the list into excel, pdf, xml, csv files
we find that the Chinese cannot display correctly, it is correctly only in xml files exported.

so how to solve this problem？
