I'm not a developer but user. The only Notepad++ needs in my opinion is plugin that allows html coder create table easy like it performed in CuteHTML. There is an icon that you can expand for whatever number of cells you need in your table. I don't think it's hard to develop for developers of Notepad++ or plugins for it.
