    Hello,

    First of all I would like to say THANK YOU for the great product. I use it for a long time and enjoy it. Yesterday I've upgraded to the version 4.0.2 (because of close button directly on tabs).

    OK, now let me place a spoon of tar into your honey-barrel. I've found a bug.

    1 - Run Notepad++
    2 - Maximize the window
    3 - Type anything
    4 - Switch to another window, (VC in my case) using ALT+TAB and copy some text from there.
    5 - Switch back to N++ using ALT+TAB.
    6 - The edit control will loose focus and it will be impossible to type anything until I click inside the edit control using mouse.

    I use WinXP Pro Eng SP2.

    Thank you!

      v4.0.2 works fine in this context, on Win2000.
      No focus problem, can type/Alt-Tab//Alt-Tab/type/Alt-Tab...
      etc forever... (typed this doing just that)

        Also had this focus problem when ALT-TABing or after Find dialog with v4.0.2 on XP sp2.  Installed v4.0.1 instead - focus works fine.

          I've got this same experience and the temporary solution is downgrade to version 4.0.1.

      v4.0.2 definitely has issues ALT+TABing between applications on Windows XP SP2 (at least).

      Run NP++ v4.0.2, ALT+TAB to another application then ALT+TAB back and the text cursor no longer has focus in the NP++ edit window - you have to click in the edit area before you can start typing again.

      v4.0.1 does not exhibit this behaviour and works as you'd expect.

      It's due to Explorer plugin - just remove explorer.dll will solve your problem.
