Lost focus when switched between applications

This seems to be a great piece of software. However, I do have a problem. When I edit a text in Notepad++, and I switch to other application and back to Notepad++, the focus is lost and I have to click into the edit window to be able to edit the text again. It is very annoying. What can I do against it?
The problem depends on an old version of Explorer Plugin. Use the latest one the Joel suggested.

Oh, I forgot to write that I use a version 4.0.2 in XP. Sorry!
Hi, I've got the same problem and must admit that it's extemely annoying ... I use applications these way that I jump from Notepad++ to other app(s) VERY OFTEN and every time HAVE TO click back to the point the focus (cursor) was last time ... Can't anybody do anything about it?! Answer, plz.
PS. Apart from this, the program is VERY USEFUL and user-friendly. Good job, guys. :))
I believe you can fix this by removing the plugin dlls, or getting the updated plugins from https://sourceforge.net/projects/npp-plugins and replacing the old with Explorer 1.2, Function List 1.2, and Hex Editor 0.7. --Joel
